By requesting these boxes above you agree that the amounts noted in each section will be provided to the association in full. If the association does not receive this amount it will be deducted from your match fees. Boxes will be available to collect from the 28/02/2021 at the pre-season camp. If you cannot attend please make suitable arrangement to collect the boxes. If you wish to alter or change the number of boxes you wish, you must do so in writing to execofficer@parramattarefs.com.au before 21/02/2021, once the boxes have been ordered for you we will not be able to have them cancelled.
